As an award-winning journalist and public relations expert, her 25+ year career spans national newspapers and magazines as well as leading on comms programmes for organisations such as Bosch, The RAC and EasyGroup.

Sarah is founder and director of Rice PR, a boutique consultancy working with global clients focused on the future of work.

Specialist areas include supporting scaling and established businesses communicate meaningfully around EDI and ESG initiatives. 

An Ambassador for Bristol Women in Business Charter and former Chair of refugee charity Aid Box Community, she is an advocate of human rights and fairer access to prosperity for all.
